到底应不应该自主加班但是没有加班费?

今天主管开会说了一句话“说的是我们卖给公司的是skill,不是时间,所以不能准时准点下班”,然后就是说应该加班,如果提早一个小时到公司,不应该休息等到指定工作时间才开工,来到就应该开始读email开工,每天加班半小时1小时才是正常,真的是这样吗?
