询问职业方向，不懂是不是白读了。

Question

大家好，本人 24岁 想在这里了解一些职业方向。我本身在去年毕业于 business management degree 的学生然后现在对于职业方向有点迷茫了。没有 internship 因为大学没提供。我目前有做过一份工然后是从事 online marketing 可是可惜的是没通过试用期。在上个月有尝试 apply 了一个工作是帮助银行做销售然后我也顺利的拿到 offer letter 而且也签了。虽然这份工作可以得到不错的薪金 for 一个毕业不到一年的人来说是不错的但是我不确定适不适合。其实我本身在这之前也是有尝试  apply 不同类型的工作例如金融领域但是由于没有经验的关系加上我大学修读的科系没有碰到这个领域。因为我看到有个问题就是很多领域例如科技领域都已经相当的 competitive 了他们多数聘请有一定经验的人来做包括 internship。我以前的工作经验都是来自 retail， 我也不懂自己还可以做什么毕竟在经验上劣势了。我该不该放弃目前有的 offer ？我该怎么选择 ？
