为什么有些公司每个月换办公室的地点?

我的堂哥刚加入一见公司是在KL, 一开始是onsite。下1个月后就换去shah alam就变去hybrid 3天在家/2天在办公室。下1个月换去JB, remote 工作只是1个月一次回办公司。下个月换去bayan lepas。 Project Manager允许在加工作。可是HR一直鼓励他onsite不管换去那个州还是换去那个国家。我堂哥做了4个月就换新工作。‘’就跟我说project manager允许1个月回1次office还可以接受。可是HR每次鼓励大家onsite。如果要每个月换地方,我刚买的屋子就浪费了。如果租1间屋子,很多房东不接受租1个月大多数是需要1年。那间公司没给travel allawance, hotel allowance和等等allowance。

It's important for HR to strike a balance between encouraging onsite work and understanding the individual needs and circumstances of their employees to foster a positive work environment.
