FirstStep is a child and family-focused organisation providing holistic healthcare, psychology, child development and allied health services for babies, children and adolescents.
Our FirstStep Child Specialist Clinic was established in 2021 and is managed by Dr. JoAnn and Dr. Soo, who have more than 10 years of experience working with children in both government hospitals and private clinics. The clinic provides paediatric care and supports children’s health and developmental needs.
Our FirstStep Psychology & Child Development Centre provides a range of services including Clinical Psychology, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Play Therapy, and nutrition services. We work as a multidisciplinary team to support children with their developmental, emotional, behavioural, learning and communication needs.
At FirstStep, we aim to provide quality care, early intervention and professional guidance, while working closely with children, parents, caregivers and other professionals to support each child’s overall development and well-being.
