Requirements
- Good customer service via online/offline
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Able to work on retails hour and public holiday
- Cheerful and confident to do live sales at Tiktok
- Involvement in stock and packing parcels
- Young, vibrant and positive candidate needed
Responsibilities
- Convince potential customers to purchase products online
- Handling customers enquiry and complaints
- Able to do live Tiktok during retail hours
- Able to wear all Ainahariz pieces and promote the product during live or at boutique
- Positive image, cheerful and encourage others during work
- Processing all orders, tracking numbers and return parcel
- Six working days per week
