Requirements
- Entry level are welcomed to apply, Certified or undergoing any accredited certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, FEA, sports science etc)
- Able to speak and understand Mandarin will be more preferable.
- Prior experience in coaching is an advantage. In-house training will be provided for candidates that are new to the industry
- Passion for health, fitness, coaching and changing people’s lives
- Positive work attitude, team player and willing to learn
Responsibilities
- Design and direct workout programs that are customized to the member's needs and goals, conduct small group classes for the gym
- Ensure attentiveness on the gym floor and initiate new member orientation.
- Be good communicators and attentive towards members' needs, being willing and able to adjust workout programs and follow through their requests and present self professionally.
- Able to maintain current client’s retention and also focus on monthly new personal training client’s revenue.
