Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above
- Work Experience - Have at least one year of relevant work experience
- Language - Bahasa Malaysia and English
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and handle tools.
- Occasionally requires the ability to lift 40lbs of material.
- Occasionally requires the ability to balance and push an 800lbs motorcycle.
Working Conditions:
- Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
- Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials.
- Commonly found in a motorcycle Service Department.
- Occasionally, exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
Responsibilities
- To provide customer service to a high standard by maintaining all the policies developed and set by the company.
- To support all team members in the company by liasing on all customer matters to a level of excellence.
- To carry out mechanical and electrical repair, service work, efficiently and safely completing repair work to the manufacturer’s standards and customer’s satisfaction.
- To participate in the marketing of the Service Department through effective promotions and customer contact to enhance the reputation of the dealership.
- To participate in the achievement of Retail, Internal, Trade and Warranty labour sales volume, and productive efficiency to planned targets.
- To identify/find additional service work and report to the Service Manager in order to assist the department reach its financial targets.
