Requirements

  • Proven 1 year working experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive
  • Able to start work immediately would be an advantage
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN.)

Responsibilities

  • Able to handle full set of accounts
  • Day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry into system
  • Prepare payment vouchers, reconciliations of receipts and payables
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, reply email, etc.
  • To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
