Requirements
- Any related degree qualification with minimum 3 years experience working in business development. Knowledge in education or higher education nature will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record in business development or partnership management
- Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality
- Strong understanding of global education trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders across cultures and regions.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop innovative partnership strategies.
- Willingness to travel outstation as needed to meet with partners, attend industry events, and represent our institution.
- Compulsory to have fluent Mandarin and English communications skills
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with high school counselors, principals, and corporate entities to promote our diploma, degree, and master's programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within high schools, corporate organizations, and industry associations, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, marketing, and academic departments, to customize educational solutions that meet the needs of international students and corporate partnership
- Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to increase enrollment, enhance brand visibility, and expand our institution's reach in target markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective partners, showcasing the value proposition of studying at our institution and collaborating with our programs.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
