Company Highlights

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the marine industry or boat building.
- Proficiency in CAD software and engineering simulation tools (Extra advantage if you're familiar with Ansys)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Be able to demonstrate proficiency in analytical thinking (mechanical & technical critical thinking skills) and the capacity for innovative problem-solving, fostering the ability to approach challenges with quick-witted solutions.
- Have your own transport, preferably.
- Salary can be negotiated based on skills & experience.
Responsibilities
- Will be working with other Mechanical Engineer in a project.
- Will be working with contractors, production team & Naval Architect team.
- Must have good communication skills in both English & Malay.
- Conduct engineering analyses and simulations to evaluate the performance and reliability of mechanical designs.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical components and systems.
- Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for mechanical components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Support manufacturing processes, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Participate in prototype testing and validation activities, analyzing test data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the design and manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality boat designs on time and within budget.
