Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Higher Diploma / LCCI / Degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of working experience in the related field, knowledge in Account Payable is required for this position.
- Proficient in Microsoft and computer literature.
- Independent and detailed orientation with minimum supervising.
- Able to work in a team and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Process all invoices, credit note, debit note of vendors.
- Escalate and follow up with the relevant stakeholder on problematic invoices.
- Ensure accurate posng of payables invoices and all are captured for month end
- closing purpose on mely manner.
- Responsible for processing all payment requests including staff claims.
- Update and maintain supplier records.
- Reconcile vendors’ statement, follow up and reduce discrepancies.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assign by superior.
