Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT-related disciplines.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- At least 1-year working experience in a similar field.
- Well versed in Windows Operating Systems and Windows Office.
- Education level: SPM / STPM / A Level / DIP / DEG
- Job Skills : IT / Technical Support, Telephone Support, Handle Inquiries and Requests
- Job languages: Mandarin
- Well versed in Windows Operating Systems and Windows Office.
Responsibilities
- Provide help-desk support for PCs, Laptops and related products and services via calls, emails & chat
- Resolving hardware, software, and network problems promptly and effectively.
