Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Able to be on standby after working hour
- Polite and professional demeanor, ensuring positive interactions with co-workers and clients
- Punctuality and reliable time management skills to meet customer support demands and adhere to scheduled appointments

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients using our point of sales (POS) solutions, both hardware and software components
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients related to the functionality, installation, configuration, and usage of POS
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and diagnose their technical problems, offering timely and accurate solutions
- Assist clients in the setup and installation of hardware components, such as cash registers, barcode scanners, printers, and other peripherals
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to clients on the proper usage and maintenance of our point of sales systems
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical solutions provided, and troubleshooting steps taken
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
- Collaborate with product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues or bugs
- Flexibility to be on standby outside regular business hours, as required
