Requirements
- Strong team communication and customer service skills.

- Proficient in multitasking.
- Willingness to learn and grow individually and as part of a team.
- Availability to work Monday-Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm.
Responsibilities
- Manage team communication, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Oversee operational tasks kitchen and front house to ensure efficiency
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Social Media, and Phone Calls.
- Handle delivery orders and packaging logistics.
- Address complaints and crises with appropriate and timely solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Communicate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
- Proficient in team management, operational management, and SOP execution.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for efficient workflow and reporting.
