Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English as the role requires liaising in Mandarin and English
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above in any field

Responsibilities
- Reply to customer messages from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat and other platforms.
- Understand and address customers' needs, complaints, queries and requests.
- Answer incoming calls from customers (if needed)
- Process orders and transactions
- Provide after sales service
- Collect, analyze and summarize data
- Take part in new product development
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service delivery
