Requirements
- Proven experience in on-ground sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities in the designated territory.
- To understand client needs and provide product/service presentations to address their requirements.
- To understand the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- To provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for product/service improvements.
- To work towards and achieve assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- To collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address client needs effectively.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
