Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B management (preferred)
- Have own transportation
- Mandarin Speaker
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the daily operations of all F&B branches and stalls to ensure smooth running of F&B operations and ensure employees follow company guidelines/SOPs in daily operations.
- Monitor employee behavior and provide constructive employee-specific feedback to management.
- Ensures all inventory is accurately similar to the system and reports are prepared and submitted to management.
- Looking for more prime locations to develop new branches or stalls
