Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with customers.
- Knowledge of inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining adequate inventory levels.
- Ability to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, such as using point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
