Requirements
- Fresh graduates with no experience are also welcomed to apply
- Diploma or equivalent qualifications in any discipline
- Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in relevant fields are also accepted
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide administrative support to the operation, marketing & sales team
- Prepare and update presentations regarding customer issues
- Well verse in database management
- Contact prospects via phone call, whatsapp or email
- Whatsapp blasting & Email blasting
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Perform ongoing duty & task as directed by director
