Requirements
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw) and other graphic design tools
- Proficient in Adobe Ps & Pro, AI, AE & Digital Drawing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, with an emphasis on marketing materials
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for a variety of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, print collateral, and website assets
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Conceptualize and develop design concepts, from initial sketches to final execution
- Ensure all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing
- Communicating with supervisor to determine client’s needs and preferences regarding design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas and develop creative solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Provide constructive feedback and support to other team members as needed
