Requirements
- Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexibly as needed.
- Strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in software like Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to learn new tools specific to the travel industry.
- Collaborative mindset and effective teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage travel orders efficiently, both online and offline.
- Communicate with customers through various channels such as chat, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Maintain organized records of customers and orders.
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Promptly address and resolve order-related issues.
- Track sales performance and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Oversee reservations to improve the booking experience.
- Establish and maintain relationships with travel providers.
- Maintain clear communication and organization throughout all tasks.
