Requirements
- At least 2 years experience

Responsibilities
- Propose new ideas & product concept for launch in market.
- Conduct product survey as needed.
- Design, develop & control the quality of new product.
- Design and involve in production trial run for quality monitoring before commercial run.
- Manage project in a detailed and timely manner.
- Ensure the product cost falls within target.
- Design shelf life test, sensory test and product specification for new products.
- Ensure project information is well communicated across departments.
- Involve in material & product improvement programmed.
- Evaluate new raw materials.
- Keep abreast of latest technologies and competitors' products.
- Provide technical and labelling information with compliance regulation to related department.
- Keep a record of all R&D related documents.
- Assist in equipment handling & calibration.
