Requirements

 

  • Posses diploma/degree in the relevant field would be an advantage
  • At least 1 year experience in related field
  • Familiar and able to use Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint well

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible to update company internal databases and record
  • Organizing, compiling and updating company records and documentation
  • Prepare customers data, sales progress, membership data etc and present
  • Record all discussion in meeting session for all staf/department
  • Able to update all company's data/progress in Excel or chart
