Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
- Required skill(s): excellent organization skills, Excellent written & Interpersonal skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently and enjoy interfacing with other staff at all levels
- Knowledge and experience in Account system (exp: Autocount) will be advantage.
- Good time management skills
- Able to undertake pressure
- Able to multi-task
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (background course in account/banking/finance)
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system.
- To handle any ad-hoc that is assigned by management.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations/management report
- Prepare journal entries for financial closing in accordance with company accounting policies.
- Maintaining proper document and filing control.
- Generate and send invoices to customers, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate records.
