- Language proficiency: English, Mandarin.
- At least SPM graduates with 3 Credits(Grade C) and BM & SEJ pass
- Candidates fluent in MANDARIN is required as most of our clients are from SJKC school
- Be responsible, patient and eager to learn

Responsibilities
- As a consultant to provide excellent customer service.
- Answering phones or reply enquiry in a professional manner.
- Provide counselling to enquiring students
- Be the third party to listen to our parents’ feedback.
