Requirements
- Have exceptional written and spoken English
- Enjoy talking to new leads and existing contacts
- Have experience in consultative selling and be eager to deliver for customers
- Be diligent in following up - experience with Salesforce or other CRM software a distinct advantage
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint would be a distinct advantage
- A marketing or communications degree from Swinburne or Curtin University would be a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
- Collect database of leads for our online platforms in the Intellectual Property, accounting and marketing space and update it
- Send personalised and mass emails
- Follow up promptly with respondents
- Close the sale
- Nurture ongoing customer relationships
- Liaise with the team internally to solve customer problems
