Requirements
- Fresh graduate / Candidate without working experience are welcome as comprehensive training will be provided by the company.
- No specific education required.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
- Good communication skills; must be comfortable using computers and mobile phones for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft software (MS Word / Excel) is required.
- Availability to handle phone calls/emails during weekends or public holidays if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include handling all inquiries related to hotels, attractions, and other travel-related products.
- Performing administrative tasks such as booking attraction tickets, preparing tour itineraries, and making hotel reservations.
- Handling issues, complaints, and refunds.
- Conducting site inspections and itinerary arrangements if needed.
