Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or 1-3 working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Added advantage if candidates are able to work on night shift
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Can learn new knowledge fast
- Can onboard within 2 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day operations and promotions for company accounts.
- Understanding User Needs and answer client questions.
- Participating in official activities.
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
