Requirements
- Preferably candidate who able to on board immediately
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Secretarial, Administration and Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Required Skill (s): Human Resource Management, Minutes Writing Skill, Payroll Calculation
Responsibilities
- Ensure overall HR follow Company Policy and Procedures.
- Responsible recruitment activities and liaise with hiring managers to understand organizational needs.
- Prepare job offer letter, appointment letter and relevant documents for new employee.
- Coordinate and monitor Training & Development programs and employee engagement activities.
- To process payroll in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance to local legislation.
- Prepare and maintain monthly report for management.
- Create and update employees personal file, to verify the document of newly joined employees and input employees’ detail in the system and notifying Payroll.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies regarding the monthly statutory submissions.
- Liaise with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
- Reporting to senior management about personnel issues, including recruiting new staff and implementing new policies.
- And any Ad hoc tasks which are assigned by the Management.
