Requirements
- Encouraging SPM graduates and fresh graduates who are interested to apply.

Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other product-related issues via all phone calls, live chats, and emails.
- Providing excellence in customer service and accurate information.
