Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- No specific educational requirements
- Fresh graduates / no working experience candidate are welcome to apply
- Basic Microsoft skills like Excel, Outlook, Work, PPT etc
- Responsible and positive attitude towards customers
- Excellent learning ability
- Able to work for 6 days per week
Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Attend to new & existing customer enquiries through phone call, Whatsapp & email
- Client relationship building
- Liaise with the account department for issuance of invoices / receipts and billings
- Liaise with the operation team & suppliers for event arrangement
- Ensure sales targets are met
