Requirements
- Minimum qualifications: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in Hypermarket and Wholesale, preferably in the Fashion industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Preferably a Manager specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the whole operation and management of the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet sales targets
- Identify and research the market opportunities, trend and summarize the market data through report.
- Strengthen company’s branding for market positioning to maintain existing customers and also attract new customers.
- Develop and maintain good networks with clients as well as the partnerships.
- Monitor company sales KPIs and sales performance from time to time.
- Plan and manage sales/marketing operating budgets.
- Perform any other ad hoc task as assigned.
