Requirements
- At least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Economics, supply chain management or a related field.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Word.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Self-motivation, independent and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate & research potential vendors
- Maintain stock levels and update purchasing record
- Evaluate suppliers
- Create purchasing strategies
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Prepared cost comparison of material pricing
- Issue Purchase Order, submit to vendors and coordinator and coordinate until arrival of goods into the warehouse
- Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget.
