Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in both Mandarin and English as working languages.
- Six years or more quality management system work experience or five years or more project quality experience in large and medium-sized automotive companies.
- Familiar with the IATF16949 five major tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA).
- Knowledge of relevant customer special requirements, possession of 6 Sigma Black Belt, project management certificates, etc.
- Excellent analytical, processing, and management skills.
- Familiar with quality assurance systems and quality management methods and tools.
- Proficient in problem analysis tools such as DMAIC, 8D, 5W2H.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance of the quality management system to ensure audit approval.
- Responsible for handling daily affairs, including APQP planning, Milestone checks, personnel training, and organizational building capacity.
- Coordinate with customer audit team, including pre-audit preparation, audit follow-up, and post-improvement closure.
- Responsible for improving quality, enhancing product excellence rate, handling major quality issues, and conducting training on overall quality awareness.
