Requirements
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin preferred.
- Able to do FULL SET account cum admin.
- Previous experience in relevant roles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliation.
- Provide admin support, answer calls, and maintain supplies.
- Assist with client interaction, invoicing, and special projects.
- Handle data entry, scheduling, and collaborate on process improvement.
