• Customer relationship management includes attending to consumer needs, concerns & complaints; and to provide general health knowledge on a timely manner
• Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers
• Performing health screenings including customer's blood pressure and blood sugar level.
• Plan, monitor and achieve monthly personal sales target
• Helps to maintain optimal stock levels for all supplements
• Provide nutritional training and briefing to the team
• Manage Company’s website, Facebook, Instagram, members club or other social media
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time
