Requirements

  • Diligent, reliable, good at planning, adaptable
  • Interested in HR/Resource related jobs
  • Good at using browsers to find needed/current information
  • MS Excel/ Word Basic Level
  • Can start to work immediately
  • SPM graduates/any certification courses/FOUNDATION graduates are welcome
  • Possess a high degree of integrity and handle confidential personnel information
  • Mandarin fluent speaking candidates is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Assist and perform documentation and filing
  • Assist HOD/Superior  in HR tasks, including maintaining employee records
  • Assist in organizing company-wide events to increase employee engagement.
  • Responsible for MONTHLY attendance (clocking in and out), leave updates, overtime pay, and updating medical claims.
  • Preparation of employment contracts, contract renewals and others needed
  • Assist with annual performance appraisals.
  • Accept inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Any other duties and relevant task will be assigned from time to time by the supervisor and management
