Requirements
- Possible work on shift/ PH/weekend (on rotational)(according to business needs)
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in any fields; (Spm: math & eng credits)
- Written and Spoken: English
- Applicant(s) must have 2 doses of vaccines
Responsibilities
- To handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries on products and services.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level.
