Job Description 

• Act as the bridge of communication between the customers and the logistic operation team. • Maintain a close relationship with the existing customers by assisting them to use the logistic service.
• Possessed thorough knowledge in the logistics field to help to resolve the difficulties faced by customers, regarding the customer’s needs, request, and other details to provide suitable solutions.
• Operate the Key Account system to assist customers in placing orders, and answering customer business consultations, package inquiries as well as other questions.
• Developing detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitoring and analyzing project progress, identify potential issue, and propose improvement plan accordingly.
• Contact branches, hubs, and other departments to solve customer needs through work orders. • Handle the complaints from the customers and assist in solving the issues.
• Support other ad hoc assignments as required.
