SALES ENGINEER
We are looking for an accountable Sales Engineer to be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers, while also providing technical support and assistance to existing clients.
*Location: Penang & KL
1. Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
2. Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
3. Propose plan and modification products to meet customer needs.
4. Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
5. Help in researching and developing new products.
6. Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
7. Meeting planned sales goals.
8. Setting and achieving the sales targets with the sales team.
9. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
10. Involve and overseeing the activities and performance of the sales target and team.
11. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
12. The ongoing training of your sales product and items.
13. Supporting your sales team through collaboration, motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
14. Promotion the organization and products.
15. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
SALES COORDINATOR
We are looking for an accountable Sales Coordinator to be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations. You will work closely with customers, sales team, and across different departments with various administrative and support tasks, fostering customer relationships, and facilitating communication and coordination.

1. Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
2. Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
3. Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products or services.
4. Maintain sales databases and systems, updating customer records and tracking sales activities.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (like marketing and logistics) to support sales efforts and ensure smooth operations.
6. Prepare sales reports and performance analysis to track progress towards goals.
7. Serve as a point of contact between sales team members, customers, and other departments.
8. Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and promotions.
