Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Handle and manage all LiveIn Malaysia social media accounts.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling and content creation.
- 3-4 years relevant experience in strategic communications/ corporate communications/ public relations.
Responsibilities
- Planning monthly content calendar to ensure regular, high-quality and creative on-brand social media posts in alignment with company goals.
- Developing and creating social media graphics and videos.
- Scheduling content release times through an up-to-date content calendar.
- Creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Support lead-generation efforts through the maintenance of third-party website listings and relevant local industry events.
- Repurposing and optimising content for various platforms.
- Actively engaging with the audience (both for B2C and B2B audiences) on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Creating social media advertisements.
- Maintaining a secure database of login credentials for all social media accounts.
- Maintaining an asset library of LiveIn’s portfolio buildings.
- Monitoring and analysing user metrics and engagement.
