- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- At least 3 – 5 years of working experience as Human Resource Generalist.
- Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and possess high level of confidentiality
- Good Command of written and spoken in English
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment matters, including drafting of job scope, posting of job ad on various channels, screening and assist in selection of suitable candidates.
- Prepare staff related letters including but not limited to appointment letters and other onboarding documents, confirmation letters, salary adjustments, shift adjustments, incentive letters, termination letters
- Ensure that HR documents and payments are submitted to relevant authorities on time
- Assist in staff related matters, such as staff loan, medical claims, medical leave, staff welfare
- Assist in employee communications efforts and ensure timely dissemination of relevant information to employees.
- Ensure that staff related documents are filed and kept appropriately for both physical and soft copy.
- Facilitate onboarding program to enable the integration and engagement of new hires into the organization and plan orientation program for new joiners.
- Facilitate training program for staff
- Ensure that HR documentations are recorded and are complete
- Assist in streamlining HR processes and documentation
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
