Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/ STPM/A Level/ Pre-U. Diploma/ Degree in Education or any relevant qualification.
- ble to communicate, read and write in Mandarin (mandatory), Bahasa Malaysia and English which is aligned with the school subjects and syllabus.
- Patient and passionate in teaching, flexible, loving and caring for children.
- Eager to learn, committed, responsible, positive and self-motivated.
- Candidates with experience in Education or related field will be given priority; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Coaching homework and teaching school subjects for primary students.
- Conduct educational activities and revision classes.
- Enhance and improve students' learning ability.
- Plan, prepare and work collaboratively projects, creative activities and events.
- Assess and record students’ progress following company exam SOPs.
- Supervise and monitor children's safety and discipline while adhering to the teaching standards and safety regulations established by the management.
- Ensuring the classroom and the centre are clean, safe and organized together with the team.
- Promote the centre; overseeing and support enrolment and admissions processes.
