Requirements
- LCCI Higher, Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in handling full sets of Accounts.
- Must possess strong knowledge of the principles of accounting.
- Knowledge of SQL Accounting will be added advantages.
- Strong fundamental accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Office particularly in Excel.
- Detailed-oriented, independent, a good team player
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with various financial controls and regulations, including the group finance policies, and the latest accounting standards for local statutory reporting.
- Handling full sets of accounts, preparing financial statements, month-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets register, and intercompany transactions.
- Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts, which includes analyzing finance operations.
- Close collaboration with the business when required for tasks such as transaction analysis, provisions assessment, impairments evaluation, reconciliations, stock counts, and fixed assets verification.
- Managing all internal and external audits and ensuring that any audit issues are resolved within the specified timeline.
