Requirements
- At least a diploma qualification
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English
- Candidates with experience in logistics companies are welcome to apply, familiarity with import and export processes will be considered an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess a sense of responsibility
Responsibilities
- Interact courteously with customers to address inquiries or concerns.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.
