Requirements
- Culinary school diploma or relevant experience.
- Can speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Manage inventory and control food costs by minimizing waste and optimizing portion sizes.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Contribute to a positive work culture by fostering teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among kitchen staff.
