The individual must be able to:

Pre-production

• provide research support to AP based on briefs given
• creatively storyboard and provide treatment recommendations within the limits of the resources provided
• provide production advisory based on site recce
• put together all necessary production documents (production schedule, production notes, productions checklist, shot list etc.)
• take charge of technical preparations and equipment pre-testing for various production requirements

Production

• create the required lighting environment for production shoots
• skillfully capture different cinematography outcomes
• creatively capture required cutaways
• provide directions to capture best audio outcomes
• handle a variety of production equipment

Post-production 

• demonstrate competence in either Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (a must)
• provide clear video outcomes to video editors
• provide post production advisory in consult with producer/AP
• look for the right supporting content to create desired post production outcomes (e.g. audio files, visuals, special effects etc.)
• communicate required visual imagery to graphic designer when needed

Other requirements

• adapt to varying production schedules and environment
• travel for overseas production works
• perform routine maintenance for equipment
• work on tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
