Requirements
Salary: RM 1500 – RM 2800 [Basic + Commission (if applicable)]
MANDARIN SPEAKING CANDIDATE (Preferred)
Requirements:
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- SPM qualified
- Basic knowledge in computer & POS system
- At least 2 years’ experience in the retail industry
- Good attitude
- Ability to work overtime (when necessary)
Responsibilities
- Manage the team by monitoring the work task.
- Knowledge of product display method is preferable.
- Good promotional attitude
- Pleasant all the time and maintain good posture when attending to customers.
- Know our products and services from A to Z (training will be provided)
- Attended to existing and new customers’ enquiries.
- Generate and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Manage billing of customers and stock warehouse update
- Handling phone call and WhatsApp order by customer
- Promote product weekly via WhatsApp story and group.
- Perform other sales / marketing tasks as assigned by the Management.
