• Assisting Sungrow Malaysia by receiving returned equipment
• Perform diagnostic analysis on returned equipment and make good serviceable items
• Repackage refurbished equipment to good for delivery condition
• Stock tracking and logistic controls
• Ensure clear communications and good customer service skill.
• Post refurbish follow-up
• Generate timely monthly report or any other reports as per required.
