Requirements
- Minimum diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be added advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Skills: Develop Project Scope and Timeline.
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications such as MS Office.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- Able to work long hours & under pressure environment, assess environmental impact and risk
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day activities on the construction site to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other construction workers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including work performed, materials used, and manpower allocation.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
